Gopal has over 11 years of exposure and hands on experience in providing corporate and personal tax advisory, Forensic Investigations, compliance and litigation services.
His core area of expertise includes but not limited to filing of various direct & indirect tax returns, representing clients before the Income Tax Authorities for assessments & appeals, GST Audit & litigations, Forensic Investigations & Audits, Transfer pricing compliance, certification and documentations, Providing regulatory assistance on direct & indirect matters, Advising on tax implications on proposed transactions, Statutory Audits, Bank Audits & Tax Audits.
Gopal is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. After spending his formative days with a leading firm of Chartered Accountants and Big Corporate Houses and gained considerable expertise in the field of domestic tax, international taxation and transfer pricing, he now provides finance, tax and related solutions to the clients of varied segments and sizes.
Gopal is also a known speaker on GST and Income tax matters in seminars and conferences held by the various branches of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and various other Professional bodies.

CA Rajesh Srivastava

Rajesh has over 11 years of exposure and hands on experience in providing Finance & Accounting functions and has hands on experience in Secretarial and Corporate law matters and MIS development.
His core area of expertise includes but not limited to giving advice and representation of the clients on any corporate law matters before authorities like the Registrar of Companies, Official Liquidator, Regional Director and National Company Law Tribunal.

An Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India has to his credit excellent knowledge of more than 8 years in the field of Statutory Audit and Internal Audit of Companies and NBFCs.
After spending his formative days with a leading firm of Chartered Accountants, Export Houses and leading NBFCs he had gained considerable expertise in the field of GST, Income tax, Internal audit and compliance in respective areas. He now provides Finance, GST and FEMA compliance related solutions to the clients of varied segments and sizes.
He is also having experience in Audit and Assurance, Financial Management and Taxation matters. His core servicing area also includes to the extension of all types of management consultancy & FEMA advisory services to the clients and giving advice on company laws matters, GST Audit, GST Compliance and GST Litigation.

CA. VIKAS KUMAR YADAV

Vikas Kumar Yadav is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and has over 8 years of experience in providing corporate and personal tax advisory, compliance and litigation services.

He carries wide experience in filing of various direct & indirect tax returns, representing clients before the Income Tax Authorities for assessments, re-assessments & appeals, GST Audit & litigations, providing regulatory assistance on direct & indirect matters, Advising on tax implications on proposed transactions, formation and registration of NGO's, Society & Trust before the income tax authority & on various government portal, Formation & registration of START-UP on government portal & income tax portal.
He also has a good exposure in liaison with banks, insurances companies & lenders, drafting and review of agreements and contracts, designing formats for various reports, presentations for management reporting (MIS reports) and preparing Project Reports.

CA Aman Jain
B.Sc., ACA

Aman has to his credit more than 15 years of professional experience in the field of Statutory and Internal Audits of Companies, Banks, Firms, PF Trusts, Hospitals, Stock Exchange, Reserve Bank of India, etc. He has significant experience in Financial Planning and Management, Taxation matters, Audit and Assurance. He carries wide experience in reviewing and analyzing existing system and procedure and setting up appropriate internal control check for manufacturing/trading and service organization.In addition he has fairly good exposure in EPF & ESIC compliance, dealing with banks, commercial negotiations and review with contractors and vendors, processing of contractors/ vendors bills, outward and import remittance, RBI matters (such as FC-GPR, FC-TRS, approval for consultancy payments over and above the prescribed limit etc.), EPCG licenses etc.
